Once we have completed the initial discussion we will be able to tailor an action plan to suit your business, and ensure minimum disruption to the day to day running of the company.
This plan will cover:
- Understanding your current solution and defining current workflow by conducting a Business Needs Analysis noting any process requirements in loan origination, loan servicing, wealth management and deposit taking.
- Defining requirements for ARMnet Integrated Banking Software in a clearly documented outline of methods and procedures we will use as our implementation methodology.
- A statement of work will then be drafted to clearly define our objectives and timelines committed to.
- We will then create the system architecture and customize screen views required in the workflow using the internal formbuilder. Once this is completed the technical implementation and software installation will be conducted. Integration with any Third Party database structures will also be conducted at this time.
- Quality Assurance (QA) testing of system architecture will be conducted along with the importation of data from existing internal databases.
- Once the installation is completed and certified, training of staff members will commence on two levels. We will establish internal trainers on site who can then conduct training onsite for "regular" users. These trainer(s) or Super Users will then allow you to internally address training requirements on an ongoing basis. We will then define initial training for staff and conduct sessions on site with the internal trainer(s) we have established with you to insure a sound change management is achieved.
- During this entire process Technical Support Methods and Procedures will be defined and confirmed so that we can insure we optimize response time to any inquiries. Documentation outlining this will also be provided for internal use.
