The foundation of ARMnet Integrated Banking Software is the data structure and its ability to provide you with concise customer support information. The system provides you with the ability to easily search the database, and having found the person or the company you are looking for, easily see all the other linked relationship information relative to your dealings with them in a completely permission based environment. This allows users to create a complete history of customer contact by customer/vendor along with their contact details. Contacts, such as letters sent, phone messages, emails, electronic faxes and scanned images of supporting documents can all be linked to the client, loan or investment and displayed in an intuitive drag and drop structure. Once the document is dragged into the system it's internal Microsoft SQL database automatically keyword indexes it for searching. The system also compresses the documentation. Uncompressed email or Microsoft Word documents as an example are normally compressed at a ratio of between 10:1 and 12:1 once they reside in the database. This dramatically reduces storage size as well as obviously centralizing that data in a more compliant structure.
You can search by a name or part thereof or you can select from a “favourites” list of those contacts you frequently have contact with. Complex analysis of the database can be saved as “Queries”. For example you can look for all potential borrowers within a specified postcode range who you have not contacted within the last 3 months, and save this query for use again at a later stage without having to set the search criteria again.
The Client View displays a snap shot of all contact phone numbers, as well as mailing and email addresses for each customer. Accessing client data has never been easier than with ARMnet Integrated Banking Software. For example you can create your own “category” types using your own terminology. Categories are used to break up the list of clients/contacts into groupings that are meaningful to the end user organisation - e.g.: Lawyers, Appraisers, Brokers, etc. When you analyse your customer base or vendors you then save the query in your own user defined description. You will then be able to be able to use it time and again or modify your criteria at will.
This View is of course customizable, so you can easily add your own database fields or screens. If you have a specific need for information not addressed by the standard View you can add your own data fields to the database which can then be included on the default display screen, in queries, search facilities or documents to be produced.
All client information is captured within the Client View and then linked to a product. Account information is entered on a “once only” basis and then can be leveraged throughout the system in all transactions and interactions with the client.
